Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, contact us at support@boardworksco.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products damaged through misuse
- Clearance or final-sale items (if designated as such)
