Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more (U.S. orders only)

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and shipped.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days, but actual delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

BoardWorks Co. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
